Infill Commercial
A healthy balance of live, work, and play is essential to the fabric of every neighborhood. The missing piece of many sustainable, urban neighborhoods is often infill commercial. Infill commercial creates opportunities for companies to integrate with the neighborhood and allows employees to work and live close by. In return, companies become stewards of the neighborhood and re-invest, both directly and indirectly.
Infill Residential
The most sustainable way to increase density is infill residential development. WORKSHOP B designs projects for overlooked infill sites and creates value added projects for clients.
Non-Profit/Socially Responsible
Architecture is a powerful tool to advocate for good in the world. Having a space to work, assemble and grow is essential to success. WORKSHOP B works closely with groups to create formal and informal spaces that give a platform for their message and promote ideas that change the world for the better.
